Cask Beers
We are proud to brew both a range of beer from Mallinsons and Briggs Signature Ales (BSA), with a number of our beers being award winning. You can find our current cask beer range below.
We regularly deliver to Huddersfield, Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool, Sheffield, as well as surrounding areas.

Current Cask Beers
Nelson Sauvin (3.8%) - Limited Quantites
One of our single hopped range of beers, brewed using Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand. This is a blonde ale, with a lovely citrusy grapefruit nose, a hoppy citrus taste followed by a similar finish.
Centennial (3.9%)
One of our range of single hopped beers, brewed only using Centennial hops from the USA. Centennial remains one of our favourite hops and this pale blonde ale showcases it perfectly, with a a zesty sherbet lemon hop nose, bitter citrus hop taste and long dryish finish.
BSA: Northern Soul (3.8%)
Another wonderful ale created by our brewer Nick under his own brand called "Briggs Signature Ales". This is BSA's original pale ale, dazzling gold in colour, with fresh aromas of citrus fruits. Deliciously balanced due to a mixed malt bill and an abundance of American hops which gives a moreish flavour and bitterness. Everything you would want from a pale ale!
Citra (3.8%)
Our multi-award winning single hopped beer! This is a very pale ale, brewed using Citra hops. Amazing grapefruit and light mango nose, bitter hoppy citrus taste, with a bitter grapefruit and light passion fruit finish
Motueka (3.9%)
One of our range of single hopped beers brewed only using Motueka hops from New Zealand. This is a blonde beer with a juicy, fruity hop aroma, a bitter taste and a hoppy fruity bitter finish. Lovely!
Steady the Ship (4.4%)
NEW BEER
Vibrant gold with subtle notes of orange zest in the aroma, a good balanced bitterness which showcases the hint of resin often associated with Columbus hops. Deceptively sessionable for its ABV.
