Cask Beers
We are proud to brew both a range of beer from Mallinsons and Briggs Signature Ales (BSA), with a number of our beers being award winning. You can find our current cask beer range below.
We regularly deliver to Huddersfield, Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool, Sheffield, as well as surrounding areas.

Current Cask Beers
Kohatu (4.0%)
One of our range of single hopped beers brewed only using Kohatu hops from New Zealand. This ale is pale blonde with a fruity herbal aroma, medium bitter taste and a clean crisp bitter finish. Lovely!
US Blonde (4.2%)
NEW RECIPE
A vibrant golden ale with fruity aromas of lemon and zest. Early use of El Dorado hops gives a delicious subtly bitter flavour, with notes of nectarines, peach and citrus, and a long tasty finish. Very nice!
Citra (3.8%)
Our multi-award winning single hopped beer! This is a very pale ale, brewed using Citra hops. Amazing grapefruit and light mango nose, bitter hoppy citrus taste, with a bitter grapefruit and light passion fruit finish
Bitter (3.8%)
We now brew this bitter for a local pub who has it on permanently, hence it will often be available for others to order. And it is rather glorious: rich copper coloured with aromas of raisins and blackberries, rich and complex on the palate, with a perfect level of bitterness from all British hops. A lovely clean bitter which will call you back for more.
Mosaic (4.0%)
One of our range of single hopped beers brewed only using Mosaic hops from the USA. This is a pale blonde ale with a spicy fresh nose, a bitter sharp grapefruit flavour, and a bitter intense finish.
