One of our range of single hopped beers brewed only using Jester hops from the UK. This is a blonde beer with a light grapefruit and lychee nose, a medium bitter and fruity taste and a medium bitter finish.

A pale blonde ale which exemplifies the aromatic qualities of Lemondrop and Amarillo hops giving gentle tones of oranges and lemons on the nose. The bitterness is fruity, clean and refreshing with a dry, pithy medium bitter finish. Really tasty!

One of our range of single hopped beers, brewed only using Centennial hops from the USA. Centennial remains one of our favourite hops and this pale blonde ale showcases it perfectly, with a a zesty sherbet lemon hop nose, bitter citrus hop taste and long dryish finish.

We now brew this bitter for a local pub who has it on permanently, hence it will often be available for others to order.  And it is rather glorious: rich copper coloured with aromas of raisons and blackberries, rich and complex on the palate, with a perfect level of bitterness from all British hops. A lovely clean bitter which will call you back for more.

NEW BEER

This single hopped beer features an awesome hop variety from Slovenia which gives aromas of lemon and grapefruit in a fabulous fruity blonde beer. There are flavours of pithy grapefruit, and a good, pithy bitter finish that makes this ale very sessionable.

One of our range of single hopped beers, brewed only using Simcoe hops. This blonde is a favourite of ours with a berry and light fruit hop nose, a lovely bitter hoppy taste with elements of pine and a  slightly dry long finish.
