Cask Beers
We are proud to brew both a range of beer from Mallinsons and Briggs Signature Ales (BSA), with a number of our beers being award winning. You can find our current cask beer range below.
We regularly deliver to Huddersfield, Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool, Sheffield, as well as surrounding areas.

Current Cask Beers
American SIPA (4.5%)
NEW RECIPE
Brewed with U.S. hops. Light and zesty aroma, with hints of lime and tropical fruits. Fruity and refreshing on the palette, with a short but satisfying bitterness. Hops used: Calypso, El Dorado & Chinook.
What We Do (4.2%)
NEW BEER
A rich and fruity golden ale with tropical notes of pineapple and guava on the nose. Blending of Jester and Calypso hops gives an elegant bitterness that deceptively leads to a zingy, pithy bitter finish. Kinda what we do!
BSA: Gagaku (5.0%)
Another wonderful ale created by our brewer Nick under his own brand called "Briggs Signature Ales". This is a very pale blonde ale with rich aromas of orange and spice. This Japanaese style rice beer packs an intense flavour of orange and bitter tart grapefruit, with a dry clean sharp finish
Cashmere (3.9%)
One of our single hopped range of beers, brewed using Cashmere hops from the USA. This is a pale blonde ale, with gentle aromas of honeyed melon and lemon. The flavour imparts lime and lemon zest, as well the classic Mally's solid bitterness. The finish is long, zesty and leaves you wanting more.
Rakau (4.0%)
One of our single hopped beers. This is golden in colour with apricot and peach aromas, a bitter fruity mix of mango and orange, and a long dry bitter finish.
