Trans Pacific Pale 5L Mini-Cask (4.2%)

Brewed American and Antipodean hops, this ale features a rotating blend of hops dependant on availability. This recipe is showcasing the use of Kohatu, Amarillo, Azacca and Columbus to give aromas of orange peel and a good bitterness with hints of pine and resin. The finish is very drinkable!
 
This mini-cask has been conditioned for two weeks in order to produce natural carbonation. Please vent carefully since it may be lively.
