We do like to mix it up with the NZ Double, with new recipes dependent on availability of New Zealand hops. This time we've focussed on Rakau and Nelson Sauvin. The result is a very pale blonde ale with delicious aromas of tropical fruit that have become associated with NZ hops. The flavour is juicy and fruity with elements of mango and citrus fruits, with a tasty but subtle bitterness. Lovely!
